At Peace of Mind at Home, your satisfaction is important to us. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.

This policy outlines your rights and our obligations regarding returns, refunds, and exchanges.


Change of Mind Returns

We do not offer refunds or exchanges for change-of-mind purchases.

Please choose carefully before completing your purchase.


Damaged, Faulty, or Incorrect Items

If your item is:

  • Damaged in transit
  • Defective or faulty upon arrival
  • Not the item you ordered

You may be entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund under Australian Consumer Law.

How to Submit a Claim

  1. Notify us within 7 days of receiving your item.
  2. Email sales@peaceofmindathome.com.au and include:
    • Your order number
    • A description of the issue
    • Photos showing the problem

We will review your claim and respond within 2–5 business days.

If approved, we will arrange a refund, repair, or replacement and cover the return shipping costs.


Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in original condition
  • The item must include all original packaging
  • The return must be initiated within 14 days of receiving your order

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned unless they are faulty or defective:

  • Perishable goods (where applicable)
  • Clearance or final sale items
  • Custom or made-to-order products

Refund Processing

Once returned goods are received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.


Shipping Costs

  • If an item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, we will cover all return shipping costs.
  • If a return is approved for any other reason, return shipping may be the customer's responsibility.
