  • Orders are typically dispatched within 1–3 business days after payment is received

  • We offer Australia-wide shipping only

  • Tracking is provided on all orders


1. Shipping Locations

We currently ship to addresses within Australia only.

At this time, we do not offer international shipping.


2. Order Processing

  • All orders are processed on a proforma basis (payment must be received before dispatch).

  • Once payment is received, orders are typically dispatched within 1–3 business days.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.


3. Delivery Timeframes

Estimated delivery times after dispatch:

Remote Locations 5–10 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.


4. Shipping Fees

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight and destination of your order.

  • From time to time we may offer free shipping promotions, which will be clearly advertised on our website.


5. Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email that includes:

  • Your tracking number

  • Instructions to track your delivery


6. Authority to Leave (ATL)

Customers may request Authority to Leave (ATL) at checkout.

If ATL is selected:

  • The courier may leave your parcel in a safe location at the delivery address.

  • Peace of Mind at Home and the courier are not responsible for parcels that are lost or stolen once delivered under ATL.


7. Delivery Issues or Delays

If your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe:

  1. Check your tracking link for delivery updates.

  2. Contact the delivery provider listed in your shipping confirmation email.

8. Incorrect or Incomplete Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct when placing your order.

We are not responsible for:

  • Delays caused by incorrect or incomplete address details

  • Additional charges for redelivery or returned parcels
